Meeting Room Reservations

North Kansas City Public Library has one public meeting room available for use by the community. Our meeting room accomodates 50 people. We have furniture (10 tables and 60 chairs) and equipment  (SmartBoard, DVD player and a laptop) available for use in the meeting room.

Please read through the meeting room policy and guidelines, then complete the reservation form and return it to the Library. Submitting a reservation request form does not guaratee a reservation. You will receive confirmation from the Library if the meeting room is available for the designated day and time.

The Library is not responsible for does not setup the meeting room. If your meeting requires tables or chairs to be set up, please arrive prior to the meeting to allow time for setup.
