Meeting Room Reservation

North Kansas City Public Library has one public meeting room available for use by the community. Our meeting room accommodates 50 people, and is equipped with a SmartBoard, a DVD player, and a laptop, as well as 10 tables and 60 chairs.

Please read the meeting room policy and guidelines, then complete and return the reservation form. Submitting a reservation request form does not guaratee a reservation. You will receive confirmation if the meeting room is available for the requested day and time.

The library does not prep the meeting room, so please plan to arrive prior to your event to allow time for setup.
