Location
The Library is located at 2251 Howell Street at the corner of East 23rd Avenue and Howell Street, near the North Kansas City High School. Parking is located to the south of the building and can be accessed from both Howell and Iron Streets. When school is not in session, additional parking is available in the parking lot across from the front entrance of the building, off Howell Street.
